Modern Crew will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders will be shipped and express delivered within 3-4 business days in most parts of India, except during peak holiday rush periods. Please note that orders may not be shipped to certain places or geographical areas.
In case of dispute, shipping charges mentioned on product pages will be final.

We have ensured that our innerwear packaging looks aesthetically pleasing and provides a premium look. We are currently unable to provide gift wrap option. But we are looking forward to start this option in the future.

Please allow 3 days past the original expected delivery date and if you still do not receive your package, please contact us @ care@moderncrew.in with your order details or receipt.

2. Shipping Time

Most (but not all) orders placed in the morning or early afternoon Monday through Saturday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed in the evening usually ship the next business day, while those placed on Saturday evening or during the weekend ship the following Monday.

At Modern Crew it’s our utmost focus to create a product that our customers love and find useful. Since you are purchasing underwear from us for the very first time, you might have a few concerns, e.g. What if, it doesn’t fit properly? Or, What if, I don’t like the fabric?, etc. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your first purchased underwear, we’ll make it right by issuing a full refund or allowing you to exchange the undergarment for zero extra cost. Please send an email to us at “care@moderncrew.in” with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund or an exchange to get something more comfortable.
  • All requests must be made within 7 days of order delivery.
  • In order to evaluate your claim, we will send you a feedback form, which needs to be filled up & sent across.
  • Refund applies only to your first worn undergarment, per customer.
  • Case to case basis, Modern Crew can ask you return the products to our warehouse.
  • Customer to bear shipping cost of product(s) back to our warehouse. Modern Crew will finalize decision on your refund after the products have reached back to our warehouse. Once the refund decision is made, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
  • If you choose to replace because of any product issues from our side, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse. Use that tracking number for an update on our site.

5. Product Sizing

  • Find your waist: Bend your body sideways to reveal the crease of your natural waist line. It is usually an inch or two above your belly button.
  • Wrap the measuring tape around your waist: Stand up straight and breathe normally. Ensure that measuring tape is straight and not twisted.

Smaller size would give you a snug fit. If you prefer a looser fit, size up. E.g., if your waist size is in 30" - 31" range then we would recommend to go for 'S' size.

Returns are authorized for unworn Products with all tags and labels attached. Please Contact Us with your order number or receipt at care@moderncrew.in to request a return by mail.

  • Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.
  • Returns / Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hang tags attached and in original packaging.
  • For any authorized return or exchange, we'll cover the return shipping for packages. You'll get a prepaid label from us by email once you contact us.
  • Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Case to case basis, Modern Crew to decide who would bear return shipping fees and/or re-shipping fees.

7. Order Cancellation / Changes

We can try our best to accommodate your request. However, our orders are usually shipped within the same day, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel yours before it ships. If you need to make a change to your order, reach out to our customer service team via the Contact Us form or send us an email @ care@moderncrew.in and ask us to cancel/change the order.

For your convenience, we accept 100+ forms of payment modes: Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, AMEX, Diners), Net Banking from top 50+ banks, UPI (Web Collect & UPI Intent), Online Wallets, EMI and NEFT/RTGS payments.

9. ⁠HELP US GROW Initiative

  • Each customer can avail of this offer only once per product in a period of 30 days.
  • There has to be a minimum 30 days cool-off period to re-claim the voucher for any other product purchased .
  • It is mandatory to submit a screenshot and number of views on T+2 day of the post/story to claim the gift voucher.
