One might think there’s no reason for two men in their 40s with highly technical backgrounds to make underwear. It’s strange, even funny if you read it again. But, let’s put it this way: It was a manifestation of a long subdued desire to be comfortable As men, we stick to tried-and-tested products without realising that we stop at basics. For something as ritualistic as putting on underwear, we were putting up with unflattering quality, fit, and designs. We can build a Mars rover, but it’s still going to be an unpleasant experience if our mind is preoccupied with adjusting our underwear.
